A Point of Difference
We are a kaupapa Māori firm, applying traditional Māori values and te reo Māori in the workplace and in our services
In August 2005, Glenn established GHA in a bedroom at his parents’ house in Rotorua.
As the Māori economy grew, so too did GHA and its list of Māori clients. Over time, more team members joined the firm and GHA moved premises two times in four years within the Rotorua CBD before commissioning a purpose built centre in 2015.
Our clients operate within a diverse range of industries, from Fisheries, Geothermal, Agri and Forestry, to Health, Social Services, Government, TV, Film, and Radio. We are kept on our toes and up to date with the local, NZ, and world economy.
In January 2019 GHA expanded to Level 2 of the Ngāi te Rangi owned EmployNZ building in Tauranga Moana. In both locations, we hope to inspire staff and clients to achieve excellence within a Kaupapa Māori environment.
In February 2020, GHA held its inaugural overnight wānanga in Ohinemutu at Tūnohopū Marae, where the team learnt local Te Arawa whakapapa and grew stronger as a team.
In July 2020, GHA now has three Partners and over thirty team members, ranging in expertise from chartered accounting, to management consulting, and administration.
