Our Annual Christmas function on 13 December 2019 was a chance to celebrate another year of success for our valued clients. 2019 saw some exciting investment opportunities come to fruition for a range of clients and GHA was proud to play a small part in supporting the development of Māori entities.
2019 was also an exciting time for GHA – our second office was set up in Tauranga and is now filled with amazing talent across our accounting and consulting teams. As we have embarked on growing our footprint in Tauranga Moana, we have been delighted with the support from local iwi, hapū entities, Trusts and Incorporations.
GHA is committed to growing the pool of talent in the firm across accounting, consulting, secretarial and share registry services. With a team of more than 30 talented individuals including ten Chartered Accountants, GHA will continue to support another seven staff on their journey to CA status. Watch this space!
In keeping with tradition, a highlight of the annual function is the awarding of scholarships to local talent. GHA Partners Mere George and Glenn Hawkins presented the annual scholarships totalling $15,000 to five recipients this year.
